Virtual Live Classes and Private Sessions

LiYa Method Yoga and Fitness classes are presented via Zoom, an app you can download from the App Store or web browser.  You may register for classes up to one hour before class by email.

Once you've registered, we will respond with zoom link for the class.

Virtual group classes are guided by Maritza and offered on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday's at 11am.  Classes may run from 1 hour to 1-1/2 hour.  Stay updated for class schedules, as class schedules may be subject to change.

Virtual Private Sessions

Virtual Private Sessions are offered to students familiar with Maritza's teachings through group class settings or private sessions.


New clients must first have a virtual consultation before the first private session to best customize workouts and help meet physical goals.
