LiYa Life Smoothie Bowls

We can't get enough of this smoothie bowl with granola!

You can never go wrong with a delicious smoothie bowl. Add a little pea protein powder and granola and even Dad will get hooked! Well, at least Daddy Dearing is hooked! LOL!

Starting our day with a healthy breakfast is the best way to help us make healthier meal choices for the rest of the day. It'll also help us feel a lot more energized and balance our moods. This smoothie bowl is full of antioxidants, green superfoods and fiber. We've use non diary milk and 22 Days Pea Protein to keep it on the plant based side and allergen free. All you have to do is add your favorite granola to give it a little extra heartiness and you're good to go!

What you need:

Bunch of spinach

2 celery stalks chopped

1/2 cucumber chopped

1/2 cup of strawberries

1/2 cup of blueberries

few pieces of pineapples

1 scoop of 22 Days Nutrition Strawberry Pea Protein

1/2 cup of non dairy milk (I always use coconut milk)

Some ice

Blend for 1 minute (or more if you like). Dilute to liking. Pour into your favorite bowl. Add some granola over top, sprinkle some powder cinnamon and enjoy!!
