LiYa Life Berry Smoothie Bowls

One of our favorite oatmeal smoothie bowls.




We love oatmeal and we love smoothies. Put them together, and we get the most nutritious, delicious and fun breakfast meal. Although, we can have this any time of the day!


Try this recipe:


Organic old fashioned oatmeal made in water or non-dairy milk.


Smoothie:

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup raspberries

Bunch of spinach

1/2 cucumber

1/2 cup non-dairy milk or some water

Few ice cubes

Blend until smooth. Dilute to liking.


Add cooked oatmeal to half of a bowl, then add the smoothie to other half.


Optional:

Sprinkle granola, some cinnamon powder, raisins, and drizzle some honey over it.
