The most effective ways to clean your face.

How we wash our face is certainly an important factor in keeping healthy looking skin. I personally make this time a self-loving ritual. I take my time and celebrate my skin by offering it (any myself) kind and loving words, showing much appreciation for it. When I apply my cleanser, I gently massage it in for about 1 minute staying present by noticing how good it feels on my skin. This is just a sweet reminder to be gentle and loving with myself. It can take as little as 5 minutes. Try it!!

Here are some tips to keep in mind:

1. It's often recommended to wash our face twice a day, or at least before we go to bed.

2. Use cool to warm water. Hot water tends to dry skin.

3. Use a good cleanser that will help clean away bacteria we tend to accumulate throughout the day, especially make-up.

4. Add a little water to your cleanser and apply to face massaging it in circular motions. If you wish you can also use a soft towel.

5. Gently rinse your face removing all the soap and pat dry with a towel.

6. Look at yourself in the mirror and recognize all the Beauty that you are :).

Please keep in mind, if you use a make-up remover first, you must still wash your face with an actual cleanser. Make-up removers will not remove any bacteria you may have accumulated.
