Believe the hype! Green Smoothies are as good as you hear (well, at least we think so).

These nutrient-dense full of green goodness drinks are a great way to start your day and have numerous health benefits that will make it easy for you to add to your meal plan. Loaded with vitamins and minerals, including superfoods (like wheatgrass and spirulina) and antioxidants (blueberries, strawberries, goji berries), green smoothies will aid in weight loss as well as help maintain healthy weight. It will help you feel more energized and contribute to having glowing skin and lustrous hair... and simply just help you feel happy and healthy!

Below is one of our favorite LiYa Green Smoothie recipes. Let us know how it turns out!

3 Kale Leaves

Bunch of spinach

Bunch of cilantro

1 cucumber

1 Kiwi

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 inch raw ginger

1 scoop organic wheat grass powder (You can buy at any health food store)

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 cup of non dairy milk

Add some ice

Blend and dilute to liking.
